Sharing art and printing techniques with different communities is important to me. It means a lot to me to help empower people of all backgrounds.
My Card Printing Project at Camden County Community College
These photos are from March 2022 when I was a visiting artist at Camden County Community College for Women's History Month. The project was called Herstory Printmaking Project and I designed linoleum cuts to print cards with the idea of being able to give them out to important women in our lives.
I came up with three designs that were tributes to three different linocut printing artists that are Ethel Spowers, Elizabeth Catlett, and Kazuno Kohara. It was so much fun visiting! Thank you Camden County Community College!
